Test one page before printing a multi-week pack. The PDF’s physical size is fixed; your PDF viewer and printer determine scaling and printable margins.
Print a first page
- In the planner, choose A4 or US Letter to match the paper loaded in your printer, then select portrait or landscape.
- Preview the date range. For a multi-week pack, use the selector and “Download this page only” to test one week.
- Open the downloaded PDF in a PDF reader. Match paper size and orientation in its print dialog.
- Try “Actual size” or 100% first. This does not scale the page, so a printer with large unprintable margins can still crop it. If the preview shows clipped edges, use “Fit” or the reader’s equivalent; that may make the writing areas slightly smaller.
- Print one page and check all seven dates, the bottom line, and your writing space before printing the remaining range.
Whole-year and double-sided printing
Full 2027 produces 53 complete weekly pages. With Monday starts, the dates run from December 28, 2026 through January 2, 2028; Sunday starts run from December 27, 2026 through January 1, 2028. Select page ranges in the PDF reader if you only need part of the pack.
For duplex printing, test two pages and check which edge your reader calls long-edge or short-edge binding. Rotate the test sheet as you would turn the finished planner. If the back is upside down, switch the binding edge before the full run. This tool does not reorder pages into booklets.
On a phone
A browser may save the file to Downloads or open a PDF preview. Look for the viewer’s Save, Download or Share control, and choose your own local destination. Mobile menus differ by browser and operating system. No email is sent and no cloud account is required by this tool.
Chinese PDF and accessibility
The Chinese preview and PDF use the same locally bundled outlines derived from an openly licensed font. They remain sharp when printed. The PDF includes Unicode ActualText hints, but text selection, search and screen-reader behavior vary by reader; this is not a tagged accessible PDF. English uses standard Helvetica fonts. Neither language produces fillable form fields.
If something goes wrong
For missing files, invalid dates, or clipped output, use the download and printing troubleshooting guide. For paper decisions, see A4, Letter and layout comparison.

Adobe’s page sizing guidance (updated September 23, 2025) explains Actual size and Fit. Labels in other readers may differ. These are preparation instructions; we have not claimed a physical printer test.
Other years and undated pages
Whole-year mode calculates 53 or 54 pages from date coverage for 1900–2100. For example, Monday-start 2012 needs 54 pages. Use the preflight count; ISO week numbers are not the number of complete weekly PDF pages. In undated mode, 1–54 means reusable copies, not full-year date coverage.
Mirrored binding alternates the wider edge. Downloading original page 2 alone keeps its right margin. See the binding and duplex test guide, and recheck after adding a cover or changing the print range.
